Products Description
Press-fit wire rope slings are slings formed in a single operation using specialized hydraulic equipment to press the ends of the wire rope together with connecting hardware (such as lifting eyes, hooks, or shackles). Compared to traditional braided slings, each press-fit joint is the result of precise calculations and uniform force application, eliminating the human error inherent in manual braiding and the inconsistent tightness often found in aluminum-sleeve press-fit slings.

Product Structure
A complete pressed wire rope sling consists of three parts:
- Wire rope body: Typically made of galvanized or ungalvanized wire rope with a 6×36 or 8×26 lay, with a tensile strength of 1770 N/mm² or 1960 N/mm². The core can be either a fiber core (for flexibility) or a steel core (for high crush resistance), depending on your specific application.
- Compression sleeve: A high-quality carbon structural steel or alloy steel sleeve compatible with the wire rope material is selected, with a rust-proof surface treatment. After compression, the sleeve wall thickness is uniformly reduced, forming an interference fit with the wire rope's outer diameter.
- End fittings: These can include American or European standard hooks, rings, or chain connectors. The material is typically 35CrMo or 40Cr alloy steel, which undergoes quenching and tempering to achieve a hardness of 32–38 HRC.

Application Examples
Heavy Equipment Lifting
For equipment with a high center of gravity-such as stamping machines, injection molding machines, and transformers-using custom-made slings in conjunction with lifting beams allows for precise control of lifting point positions and load angles.
01
Steel and Pipe Handling
Rebar, H-beams, and large-diameter steel pipes-the sleeve sections of custom-made slings are chamfered, preventing cuts from sharp edges unlike those caused by simple slings.
02
Wind Turbine Tower Lifting
Tower sections are heavy, have large diameters, and are prone to rolling, requiring multiple precision-length pressed slings to work in coordination. The pressing process ensures that the actual length deviation of each sling is controlled within ±0.5%.
03
Port Container Handling
Although the container slings commonly seen in daily operations are specialized structures, the lifting of general cargo, loose items, and large engineering vehicles within ship holds still relies heavily on combinations of pressed slings of various specifications.

Why Choose Us
Lifting slings are consumables, not heirlooms. Every time they bear a load, they accumulate metal fatigue. Our responsibility is to manufacture slings that meet standards and stand up to scrutiny, while your responsibility is to replace them promptly when they reach the end of their service life-this is both a matter of responsibility toward the workers below and toward yourself.
