7×19 construction means 19 tiny wires twisted into one strand, 7 strands tightly twisted around the central core. Compared with rigid 7×7 cable, this design delivers superior bending fatigue resistance without kinking or wire breakage under frequent reciprocating movement.
We supply three mainstream surface treatments to match different working environments: bright bare stainless steel, PVC/PA nylon coated, and hot-dip galvanized anti-rust layer. Raw stainless wire undergoes precise drawing and stress relief annealing, with strict diameter tolerance and uniform twisting. Multiple tensile strength grades (1570MPa / 1770MPa / 1960MPa) are optional for light to heavy load demands.
