AISI 304 Wire Rope is austenitic stainless steel cable twisted from high-purity AISI 304 stainless steel wire, also marked SUS304 / A2 stainless steel cable, the most cost-effective general-purpose stainless steel wire rope globally.

Corrosion and Rust Resistance
No galvanized coating is required; it withstands rain, humidity, urban industrial fumes, and indoor moisture. It remains rust-free even after long-term outdoor use, outperforming carbon steel and galvanized steel wire ropes by far.

Maintains stable mechanical properties from -196°C to 800°C; does not become brittle in extreme cold or soften rapidly at high temperatures.

Long Service Life
Requires no regular rust-preventive oil maintenance; features a wear-resistant surface; electrolytic polishing enhances surface oxidation resistance; service life is 3–5 times longer than that of galvanized steel wire ropes.

Note: Not recommended for long-term immersion in seawater or high-chloride chemical environments (for marine engineering projects, please use AISI 316 wire rope).
