Documentation Without the Paperwork:
The days of lost Material Test Certificates (MTCs) and mismatched batch numbers are over. Every SOLITE rope reel produced from Q1 2026 onwards will come equipped with an integrated technical tag containing a unique QR code. A single scan by an on-site safety officer provides instant access to the digital technical dossier of that specific rope.
What's Inside the Smart-MTC?
The dossier includes the digitalized material certificate, the chemical composition logs of the steel, a video recording of the batch's actual breaking load test, and specific maintenance recommendations. This level of transparency creates an absolute "Chain of Trust" from our factory floor to your job site.
